Profile:
1. A completed commercial apprenticeship, further training as a specialist - office - and project organization or a comparable qualification
2. Professional experience as a specialist - office management is desirable
3. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
4. Knowledge of Mandarin desirable
5. Sound user knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Outlook)
6. Being friendly and committed on the phone
7. Strong communication skills, structured way of working, high motivation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
8. Driving license: Class B
